Charles (Chuck) G. Farley, Trainer

Chuck has over 30 years of experience in wastewater treatment and related fields.  He holds a Maryland A-5, Pennsylvania A (master), and Florida “A” Wastewater operator certifications.  He is also licensed in New Jersey as an Industrial Wastewater Operator and holds a Pennsylvania A (master) Water Certification.  His experience includes startup and operational services for water and wastewater facilities and teaching (part-time) water and wastewater related classes for more than 20 years in Maryland and Pennsylvania.  

In January 2007, Chuck started work as the Public Works Director for Dover Township York County, PA.  Although his responsibilities have expanded beyond water and wastewater treatment, he still enjoys teaching a few classes per year in process control, troubleshooting, and chemical feed applications.  He believes “teaching is one of the best ways to learn”.
