Sam Allen, Trainer

Sam is a licensed Waste Water Operator Level 4, Water Operator and Master Electrician and is employed by the City of Rehoboth Beach.  Prior to that, he was employed as a waste water and water operator and as town electrician for the Town of Milton.  He is a retired Chief Warrant Officer 5 from the Army National Guard. 

During his military career, he was a Senior Electrical Maintenance Officer and Instructor.  He taught electronic courses full-time for the U.S. Navy.  He is currently a part-time instructor at Sussex Tech Adult Education and DelTech College in Georgetown, Delaware.  He has developed and taught several electrical and environmental classes during his 16 years of teaching experience.  Sam has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and Bachelor’s in Occupation Education from University of Phoenix.
