Glynn Stoffel, Technical Assistance Provider and Training Specialist

Glynn Stoffel is a training specialist with over 30 years experience in the operation, maintenance, and management of water distribution and wastewater collection systems.  For the past 15 years he has been providing customized training and technical assistance to water and wastewater professionals throughout the country.  Glynn has been on the staff of MCET since 1991 and teaches a variety of subjects related to water and wastewater infrastructure.

Glynn has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and has completed extensive course work in civil engineering and environmental science subjects.  He is a National Environmental Training Association Certified Environmental Trainer (CET), a Maryland-certified water and wastewater system operator, and is an active member of the Water Environment Federation, the American Water Works Association and the Water and Wastewater Operator’s Association of Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia.
