April Thompson, Environmental Program Specialist

April is a life long resident of Southern Maryland. She is a graduate of the College of Southern Maryland and holds a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

As MCET's Environmental Program Specialist, April works on many programs in support of MCET's technical assistance outreach and also organizes and ensures timely delivery of specialized training such as training for EPA on Sanitary Surveys, MSHA's State Grants Training Program for Maryland's miners, and Small Water System training. April has been with the Maryland Center for Environmental Training (MCET) since 2007.
