• A Primer for Local Governments on Environmental Liability
  This Primer is written to define the issues and provide the terminology that will facilitate local government identification, management, and mitigation of environmental risks and liabilities.
   
• Self-Evaluation Toolkit for Drinking Water Systems is designed to provide the administrators of small local governments and the managers of small public drinking water systems with the tools necessary to learn about the water systems for which they are responsible and, in turn, be able to respond more effectively to the challenges they face.
   
• Drinking Water and Wastewater Handbook for Local Officials presents information local officials need to know about the water and wastewater utilities for which they are responsible.
   
• A Guide to Maryland Certification for Water and Wastewater Operators and Superintendents and A Handbook for Maryland Certification Examinations are two books to help operators learn about certification.
   
• Ensuring a Sustainable Future: An Energy Management Guidebook for Wastewater and Water Utilities will help utilities systematically assess their current energy costs and practices, set measurable performance improvement goals, and monitor and measure their progress over time.
