The Maryland Center for Environmental Training at the College of Southern Maryland asks that the recipient requesting the Asset Management materials agree to the following prior to using the software or training curriculum:

• The TEAMS software and accompanying Asset Management Train-the-Trainer curriculum may not be sold to anyone.
• The  TEAMS software and accompanying Asset Management Train-the-Trainer curriculum  may be used to supplement other training materials. 

• The recipient agrees to acknowledge the source of the materials in any publications reporting use of it.

• The recipient by requesting the TEAMS software and Asset Management Train-the-Trainer curriculum  agree to conditions below.

This software program and accompanying literature and the Asset Management Curriculum has been conducted and/or produced using the best judgment and experience of engineers and other professionals with long-standing histories of providing guidance and assistance concerning the operation of water and wastewater systems. While these program materials are intended to be comprehensive, neither the Maryland Center for Environmental Training (MCET), a department of the College of Southern Maryland, nor the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), represent that implementation of these materials and recommendations will ensure compliance with State or Federal requirements. MCET and EPA assume no liability for the use of these materials.
